UCU guidance on violence against women

Domestic violence is a workplace issue!



UCU has produced guidance for branch officers assisting members suffering from domestic violence. Having a workplace policy on domestic violence helps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of staff members. If staff are fully supported it improves the work environment as stress and absenteeism is minimised.
